According to the "The Iris Fan" July/August, 1997 from the Louisville Area
Iris Society, "RVP Mary Thurman reported that the Region 7 Fall Meeting,
hosted by the Southern Kentucky Iris Society, will be September 12 - 13, in
Bowling Green, KY. Sterling Innerst, Hybridizer of the 1996 Dykes Medal
Winner 'Before The Storm' will be the guest speaker."
