I think some of the Europeans or Brits on the list said chlorine based
cleaners were not sold anymore - guess that might explain why.
Sooo, I guess that means NaOCl + organic matter might ----> Na2organic
something + chlorine gas; or organic something chloride (including
dioxins or relatives) + Na something; or NaCl + CO2 + H2O (preferred
behavior!). Ok, that may not be right, but it satisfies my curiosity
