I now have an electronic version of the '96 R&I and a separate file for
the corrections to the '95. If you would like a copy, please let me
know.
I can send it(them) as:
RTF file (can be imported by most word processing programs - saves all
the paragraph formatting) or,
ASCII Text only
And as a:
Self extracting Stuffit file (Mac only)
Compressed only Stuffit file (Mac and PC)
Compressed only PKZIP file (Mac, PC, and UNIX)
Tell me how to send it and I ask the you include the following statement
in your request:
"I have purchased (or already ordered and sent in your money) in its
printed form the "Registrations and Introductions in 1996" published by
the American Iris Society 1997. I will not publish the electronic
version in any public forum, give it to or allow it to be copied by
anyone that has not previously purchased the same referenced
publication."
In other words, if you haven't bought it, you can't have the electronic
version. If you have bought it and want the electronic version, you have
to promise to respect the AIS copyright. (Actually I guess it is an
implied copyright because they don't claim one in the R&I).
I have no idea if any of this has any validity at all, but it makes me
feel better...
