Mr. Maryott may be better able to answer this, but assuming I have CAJUN
SPICES identified correctly (she hangs head over this) it did NOT
increase for me; in fact is hanging on as a single rhz though it did
bloom in the spring (close to bloomout, it appears).

I have moved these into much better soil so we shall see. It may just
be soil.

The one rhz that *really* increased was MOGUL and also THORNBIRD.
COMPETITIVE EDGE and NEW CENTURION are just barely hanging in there.
Some of the Schreiner things really did well but they are ones I lost
the tags/map for though I do know they were Schreiner ordered in '96 and
so can narrow the nine down that way (from knowing what I ordered), if /
when they bloom.

I have rec'd my orders from Ghio's and Keppel's and was well pleased by
both. I got 3 '96 intros from Keith! AURA LIGHT, YES, and SNEEZY, and
MYSTIC RITES as the extra-extra. From Ghio's I got more than I can
mention and the surprise package was a *great* deal. I did get three
duplicates, two of things I already ordered this season ?! from him in
my regular order, one of something rec'd from him last season (but as an
extra)... but they've been put to good use... I have mailed them to an
IRIS-L friend! Ghio extras (putting memory to the test): MY WAY,
DEBRENEE, FILIBUSTER ... there were more. This was with regular order.
For my surprise package, which I sent $30 for, I got:

SNOW SHOES
UPSIDE DOWN
CLASSIC LOOK
STORYTELLER
RAINBOW SKY
CROSS CURRENT
DEBRENEE
BUBBLE UP
ELLA LECLAIR
HILLS DISTRICT
HEARTLAND
SUNKIST DELIGHT
MIDNIGHT CALLER
COUNTRY RUFFLES

Wow, huh?

My order from Superstition is on its way... gee am I glad I have
prepared some beds for all these iris. Now where am I to put the roses
and daylilies and spring bulbs? :-)
