Do any of you all frequently encounter any or all of the following?
1. Being disconnected with extreme frequency.
2. Computer freezes up one to three minutes before being disconnected.
3. Difficulty connecting.
4. Getting the recording of a voice saying "...please hang up and try
again..." when you get a busy signal.
5. Being disconnected while retrieving mail.
6. Mail being lost frequently.
7. Getting a box saying that there is an error with the connection while
online.
No, this is not an advertisement. I am trying to find out if this is
a chronic problem with all or most servers, or if it is unique (or mostly
so) to ICC. I would rather not switch servers to encounter more of the
same, or worse, yet why put up with the above for nothing. If only Juno
would establish a local access number in Marion County, Florida...
