HYB:Seed
Hurray! My 2003 seed are planted! The temperature was so low that I thought
I would have to bring the pots inside. But, today's absence of wind made the
planting possible.
Also planted about 45 seed from a 1991 cross: SUMMER OLYMPICS X (CORN HARVEST
x IMMORTALITY). My notes say the pollen parent was a reblooming cream
amoena. It is getting the same treatment as the 2003 seed. I will be curious to
see if there are any sprouts. I've more I will plant next year if any of these
sprout OR if I have a decent spell and pick up more potting soil this year.
