  Not necessarily; it might HELP, but it is amazing how color, ruffles, size,
and even markings can be affected by weather, soil, fertilizer, and sheer
randomness.  One reason to let the hybridizer's photo rule "this is what it
oughta' look like" in addition to eliminating ANY potential downstream
misidentification in an OFFICIAL photograph.
