Betty  --  I cut.  If I don't do it now, I'll have to do it in spring,
right?  That's because rebloomer stalks will stay green all winter here, not
dry up and fall off.  So, I cut them now.  I doubt that they would rot in
this cold weather, but I have them out of the way for spring growth.  --
