HYB:Ruffles VS tailored

Do you all define tailored as the non existence of  ruffles?  
 
A list of personal preferences . . . I prefer the standards to be at least  
domed.  No open standards or twisted standards for me!  And I want my  falls to 
be round as opposed to narrow or blocky!  My falls don't have to  overlap, 
but I don't want tucked or curled falls.  I want some  horizontal flare but I 
want them to relax enough that I can see them across the  garden!  
 
I can take them in either tailored or ruffled but I prefer ruffles to sever  
tailoring.
