well Betty, I'll agree with most of your personal hangups, but I think your conclusion is amiss.
   
  Your personal hangups are what drive you to breed aren't they?  You like x,y,and z about a particular cultivar but can't stand a,and b and wish c was better.  
   
  Seems like the iris bed is the best possible place for personal hangups.  lol,
