Wow, another good idea - sugar and water.
 I think it was Griff that told me about using a potato - thanks  Griff.
By the way Dave, do you still have Dr. Moody? I bought Rosso  Relativo 
(Bianco) this year because it looks a little like Dr. Moody - see  attached file 
below.
