Yesterday, I saw a fairly large plot of Louisiana Irises in a yard in
Ocala, Florida. There were a couple in bloom. There was no one around to
ask about the Irises.
It will still be awhile before I get Iris bloom out here. We get
somewhat colder than does Ocala--all the way down to 18 F Sunday morning.
That probably destroyed the bud on PROFESSOR SIGMUND.
