And she is correct. The cultivar was CHOCOLATE FUDGE. I have both of these
Niswonger intros and had to repair armadillo damage this past week around
CS, a cultivar I had to wait several seasons to acquire so it must have been
on my mind. Pat's clump was CF and as I recall one of the stalks from that
clump received a blue ribbon at the Dallas show held just prior to the
convention. The only show I've ever seen. For all the nice things at the
show, that stalk was still my favorite thing in the show and I kept going
back and looking. The whole clump was a wondrous sight and I was privileged
to see it.
