Well, in "Hoc est corpus meum" the last word means "my." Since "vocem"
has a different ending from "corpus," they may be different genders and
"meam" could well also mean "my" but for a different gender of the
posessed noun.
So I guess it means "Hear my voice" or "Hear my sound."
