So, two possibilities are given for "vocem": an active subjunctive verb
in the present tense, or a feminine noun in the accusative case. Since
"meam" is an adjective modifying a feminine noun in the accusative case,
the latter seems to be the correct interpretation. BTW, the accusative
case is used for direct objects of verbs, among other things.
This makes "Hear my voice" or "Hear my tone" the literal translation.
