In the six shows I have been to, there were only 2 that had any exhibits. 
One show had 3-4 arrangements (brouhaha because they were not judged
even though the show didnt have arrangements scheduled). The other show
had a display, also unjudged, of potted irises brought by a pair of the judges. 
I have however heard that some shows have educational displays and I do
like the concept :)
