Have you checked the archives yet?  I was asking a similar question... two years ago?  I know I've seen an iris embryo culture article.... Someone might have sent me a back issue of the Bulletin...  I'm in the middle of a move right now so I can't just check..

Can someone recommend a detailed article or book on Embryo Culture or Rescue
for TB Iris?  I found a great article on the Intertnet for Roses using simple
equipment and supplies, but I want to know how iris seeds would differ.
