Linda, going from memory here . . . someone said that the tangerine factor
that shows up in the petals is not the same as what shows up in the beard.
Anyone?

That's what I meant.

I wonder if I have enough HoM X pink or orange seedlings to do the
calculation for tangerine factor.  Tangerine has shown up in beards now
and then, but a lot less often than 1/36.  Data confounded by poor
survival.  Mary Lou managed to get an orange seedling from HoM.
