re:rot and vars

anybody out in the rot zone have experience with GLORIOUS SUNSHINE '86,
SPICED CUSTARD '89, LA FORTUNE '89, VISION IN PINK '87, ART CENTER '82, LOIS
RANIER '88, DUNSMUIR?

i have heard that stahly iris might do well here - anybody this far south in
the rot zone tried his iris?  we seem to have less trouble with borers around
here, but i bet we have our own strains of rots.
