Re: dryness, rebloom


janis - your note made me laugh.  when i ordered from cooley's this year for
the first time, they were very helpful (time will tell for sure) in selecting
varieties that might survive and even wrote me a personal note suggesting,
among other things, that i avoid over watering.  when i got through LOL, i
thought maybe i should put up a tent.  sounds like you have considered it!
 maybe i should build a giant plexiglass roofed shed over my garden!

immortality is the only iris i have that re-blooms or even tries, except for
BLACK MAGIC , an ancient shortie that gets killed spring and fall.  and
immortality sulked for 2 yrs with no bloom until fertilized.
