Bob, Please note that I never made any remark, nor would I ever, re the
man....only the book. I note that of the examples I cited you chose to
comment only on the one I acknowledged was relatively minor...but grating. I
did appreciate your compliment, however undeserved. The next AIS book is
progressing...but slowly at present. It will not be a revision, but a new
book. Clarence Mahan
P.S. Individuals of good will can differ in their opinions, and in my
experience there is usually some merit on both sides of an issue.
