Perhaps you should try some of the older ones that start reblooming
in the summer here in the states.  Lady Emma blooms early, here, then
rests for about a month, then just keeps sending up bloomstalks till frost.
Golden Encore also started reblooming in July for us and was still blooming
in late Oct. It got zapped bythe cold in Nov.  Another oldie that is a 
reliable rebloomer starting in the summer is Beleek Pastel.  Some of the late 
rebloomers were sending up bloomstalks and we were supposed to have a freeze, 
so I potted them up and put them in the greenhouse and they are blooming now. 
 I will replant them if the ground is not frozen, when they finish. We are 
having a mild winter, so far. I took lots of dirt when I dug them
so as not to disturb the roots too much. That way I can replant them without
to much of a problem also.
