Jean Morris, AIS Youth Chair, has asked me to post this message to all AIS
members:
Once again it is time for AIS members to encourage their region's youth
members by selecting an active youth to nominate for the Clarke Cosgrove
Memorial Award for Youth Achievement. Please read the rules in the October
1999 AIS Bulletin, page 11 and e-mail (not an attachment) to Jean Morris,
morrisje1@aol.com.
My comments - one of our 'talkers, Rusty Thornsburg, won this award last
year and there are many hard-working youth out there who deserve a
nomination. There are cash prizes for the winner and runners-up as well as
the recognition of their adult peers. Take a minute away from the Super
Bowl (GO RAMS!) and send your nomination to Jean today. There are very few
nominations at this point and it IS IMPORTANT!
Thanks!
