No, I wouldn't consider this rebloom for your area since it did not bloom
in your garden in the Spring. I think the RE in rebloom the key factor
for reporting rebloom. Although I do keep personal notes on that kind of
information.

Yes I would if it had more than one definite bloom cycle in the same
growing season.

No, I wouldn't
Numbers 4, 5 and 6, all situations appear to have a fully formed a bloom
stalk in the Fall and provided they had bloomed in the Spring, I would
probably report as rebloomers.
This is just my most humble and personal opinion! I'm guessing a lot of
us have had these same questions about rebloom. The first few years I
ordered iris I keyed on the word rebloom and then found out the
limitations! I love the catalogs that give the rebloom zone information.
The Checklist of Reblooming Iris is my main resource, along with the
gracious people on this list sharing their experiences and knowledge. So
it would be nice if we used similar reporting criteria or at least
understand the variables people consider! Thanks for your message.
