A seedling giving maiden bloom in the fall. NO (wouldn't be reported
anyway, but give it another year to grow and don't call it a
rebloomer until it performs several springs and falls in a row)

I'm not sure what the 'official' definition of a rebloomer is. I
think a rebloomer is any bloom that comes after initial spring bloom.
There was a time when a rebloomer had to bloom the second half of the
year (sometime after July 1) in order to be counted. Who can verify
this?
