A cv (not listed as a rebloomer) which is imported from another country, or zone, and blooms out of season in the first year?
I have often had TB's bloom out of season when I have bought them from other areas of Australia. I avoid mentioning names on this list, for fear they be listed as rebloomers. In every case, they have not rebloomed once established.
