Please enlighten this benighted brain. What are Dietes? I'm sure the word has nothing to do with some of our New Year's resolutions. Nights at my place have been around 30 degrees for the past two weeks, but the irises don't seem to mind. I visited our cabin last week where the temperatures between Thanksgiving and Christmas had been in the teens with no snow. The irises surprised me. They were looking good. They have had snow since, so I'm sure they will do well.
