Dear Tony and Dorothy Willott,
Would like to take a minute and thank you both for
being guest speakers at the Southeast Michigan local
Iris club's October, 2000 meeting.
Being honorary members of this club, you well know its
been quite a winter, mostly before the New Year. The
iris that I won in the contest that night is still
under a foot of snow so am unable to relate how it is
doing, but it should be ok since you took every
precaution in planting in the pot prior to driving to
Royal Oak.
Since this club's next meeting isn't until 2/22/2001
am curious as to whether or not you have heard
anything additional in regards to the club's planned
visit to your gardens at the time of the show in
Akron?
Best regards, Martin
