I did last year. The seeds were thoroughly dried and then I put them in
labeled medicine containers and left them in the deep freezer until I took
them out, soaked them for about a week and planted them last fall.
Germination was pretty good. I've followed the same steps this year, but
it's not time for them to germinate yet, so haven't a clue as to the
percentage I may get on this year's crop. I'm more fearful of my potting
mixture this year than the freezing, though.
