Every winter during warm spells, there are temporary aphid population
booms, and no predators until spring arrives. Predators keep them more
or less in check once more reliably warm weather arrives.
With night time temperatures often near or below freezing, I can't very
well use a water hose to wash them off, and would prefer not to use any
kind of insecticides.
Suggestions?
