Lurkers ARE members who do not post daily. As JIJ wrote, there is no negative
connotation to it.

However, I believe there may be an air of "separatism" being associated with
this topic and want to emphasize that all members are appreciated and welcome,
regardless of their amount of participation in the various topics. Sometimes
we have to remind ourselves of this.

The term is relative. In some chat rooms on the internet, only one post daily
is considered lurking...

As to the term lurkers. That is an accepted term in "internet-ese" and
there is no negative connotation associated with it, It means simply
"people who listen (or read posts) without commenting publicly".
