I know . . . says she while reflecting on the 4 crosses with 10 or less seed
(2005) AND vowing to fertilize and water all clumps that set pods this year!
Maybe I can centralize the pod parents? <vbg>
Know of anyone having an early sale on soaker hoses? Couldn't I just move
the dozen or so I have? Yes . . . but . . . . I've got so many seedling beds!
Moving the hoses last year wasn't a lot of fun!
Note: One year, before I moved out here, I was planning to dig a bed and
made a point of not setting pods on anything in that bed. It forced me to make
crosses outside my normal range of crosses and I've been really happy with
some of the results. Very interesting results. It's worth trying.
