Mike, It's the result of the iris-talk conversion?

To my knowledge I have no control over Rich Text Format (HTML) unless I go
to word document and compose there. Something I've gotten out of the habit of
doing since the newer versions of AOL save e-mails I'm composing if/when I
get booted. Definitely an improvement.

Why does it sometimes print in italics when I've not used italics?

Thanks for the information. If I can't fix it, at least it helps if I can
understand it.
