I use a sturdy clipboard that has a compartment under the board which holds tags, pens, markers, scissors, packaged alcohol wipes, small spiral note pad latex gloves, tweezers etc. and it does not open accidentally. I purchased mine at Staples Office Supply. I believe most office supply stores carry a selection of such clipboards. I would suggest looking for one with two metal clips that hold the unit shut as the plastic ones seem to open too easily for me. I have had mine for about ten years and I love it. It will hold my tiny Cassio camera too but I tend to get debris in the clipboard as I travel further and open the board more so I opt for "fanny pack" type storage for it.
