They just replaced all the fluorescents at my workplace with LED and it definitely looks brighter. I wonder if the LED lights have less yellow or red wavelengths in them than the fluorescents because everyone's skin color looks extra pale or ashy now.

I haven't tried any LEDs out yet myself. So far I'm still using the junky old cheap fluorescent shoplights and I haven't even replaced the bulbs in years. I'm sure my seedlings would really appreciate a change for the better.
