Region 7 Winter Potluck

This time of year we all look forward to spring, and also to seeing our
friends again. Region 7 offers a break from the winter doldrums with an
annual winter potluck, to which all are invited.
Dates: Feb. 22 and 23, 1997
Place: Henry Horton State Park, Chapel Hill, TN
(615) 364-2222 This is a nice lodge, with pleasant rooms, not
expensive. Space is limited, so reservations need to be made
immediately.
Schedule: We have a potluck dinner on Sat. It begins about 4 PM, CST.
The region supplies meat and beverage, and everyone brings a dish.
Sat. everning we'll have a discussion: "What it means to be a judge"
Sun 9 to noon, judges' training by Ron Mullin on Tall Bearded iris.
In the event of serious bad weather, it might be postponed. You could
contact me to find out, or the lodge.
It would be great to see some of you there!
