Greetings dear Iris-L friends.
I want to thank everyone who sent replies for to the list and me
personally concerning the "News from the Net."
I want to now officially say that I will be the 'Gleaner' from this list
for the Bulletin. I can assure everyone that all the wonderful ideas will
be followed. The last thing I want to do is make this group of fine
people look bad, or offend anyone both from this list or in AIS. (Or the
Board of Directors ;-)). The first article will be an overview of who
and what we are, and a few selections from the mail. When I finished the
article, I will e-mail it to those people I quoted. If no one has a
problem with that - then away we go.......

PS - Does anyone have an objection to the title "News From the Net"?
I think that is a good title. I think Rick was the one who suggested it.
