I know this is probably a futile question, but is there any chance Dr.
Rodionenko's book has been translated into English?

Do you have Iris setosa in your collection? Which forms do you have?

No I have not, because from the literature I read, I understood it to be
less hardy than the Siberian Iris, which dies out on cold winters here
unless sheltered. But it is very encouraging to hear that laevigata
grows so far north in your country. Anchorage lies at the 61st latitude,
so we should fall within its range. I like its photograph very much. I
would love to add it to my bog, which at the moment is completely one
species dimensional.
I would like to talk to you more about your iris, but am concerned about
your e-mail rates. Are you charged for each e-mail you receive, and
charged more for longer letters? If you are, I don't mind corresponding
by mail.
Thank you for your above reply.
