Bill I believe what you say regarding sterilizing soil. But watching Victory
Garden
on PBS Boston He always seems to be using Black Plastic and claims it
sterilizes his soil in his vegetable garden. So maybe that is why many people
use black plastic, I would have used the black and not the clear if it was
not for your post.
