This becomes a problem when working from digest mode. John said 30% of
members receive in digest.
When you want to reply to something, you have to fill in the subject line,
and it is easy to change it slightly - an extra space, or a capital letter
where there wasn't one previously. This causes the thread to be 'lost'.
The same thing happens to people who just read from the archives, cut and
paste the reply message, and fill in the subject line.
