I thought the rules were changed several years ago so that there would
always be a Dykes' winner. The % qualifier is gone, as I recall.
Stay tuned here. You don't have to wait until November to find out
the winners. Somebody on this list usually gets a copy of the
winners and posts it here.
It is about time for this to happen.
