Re: Terrible iris rhizomes

Doris, I have bought from Cooleys, Schreiners,
Suttons, and Woodland and have always been more than
pleased with the service and quality.  The company I
am speaking of is Riverview Iris Garden in Id.  Not
only are the rhizomes pitiful but there is almost no
communication.  My husband said live and learn....  I
took pictures so that I would have proof.  Their
website says they are quaranteed to be true to name,
but it will take 3 yrs for them to bloom.  Some had 2
names on them.  One rhizome-Kissing Circle was so
small there was not room to write the name so it just
had kissing on it!  There was not even an invoice in
the boxes, no refund for the missing rhizomes...no
refund for the $41.00 in excess postage, and not one
single bonus!
