And that is California where Tall Bearded irises
reign.
I wonder how many vote in New England - my region. I
have an e-mail out to my RVP since he told me he gets
either our ballots (even tho' I send mine somewhere
else) or a tally of the region's votes.

Ya' think? Seriously, I really think folks would like
to know what other AIS members would select as their
favorite garden irises both in region and nationally.
I would.
As long as it is useful for most and also 'fair' to
the AIS members that principally grow other classes of
irises based on location, taste, etc.). As it now
stands, the AIS sponsored Tall Bearded Popularity
Poll falls short. (pun intended :-)
Ellen (glad to see someone else looked up "Symposium"
..I sent Gerry S. the def. within the last couple of
weeks)
