CULT: fresh seeds vs waiting

Almost guaranteed it WILL be frozen at Thanksgiving, and if
past winters are any teacher, the ground will be covered by
several inches of snow at that time.  So do I stick the ripe
seeds in the fridge 'til spring or plant them now and hope
for the best?
