OT: Costs for Spring Regional Mtg

We are hosting the 2005 spring meeting for Region 6 and are in a discussion
about the fee for the meeting and whether the fee should cover the entire
cost of the event, assuming normal attendance.  A three garden bus tour and
banquet are included in the event.
Would those with knowledge/experience in this matter for your region please
respond off-line.
