Ribbons Royal does not appear to be a correct name for a registered iris. No irises with "Ribbons" in the name seem to be in the same era as the rest on your list.
Copper Queen might be Copper King ('39 CL)
The rest are names in the '39 CL
Unfortunately we don''t have the descriptions on line yet.
