As far as bonuses are concerned I have gotten = $ amounts in most cases
(from the small and medium sized operations) because they usually include their
own newer intros which are often $20+.
On the other hand as Ellen pointed out Lowell in Colorado may ship more
extras than Iris ordered - they were very generous with my order as well.
Chad Schroter in Los Gatos (now suitably warned to get out the shovel before HIS
Aitkens' order arrives)

I better clarify myself on my Aitken order...
When I say "100% bonuses", I mean I received bonus SDB for an ordered SDB...
etc. Also.... I order all introductions.
