These little bugs that are easy to squash, be they black, red or green,
could be aphids. Aphids suck juices from plants and can be placed on the
plants by the ants. Get rid of them.
Squashing works also, insecticides, or deluted ivory liquid (1 Tablespoon
per gallon of water). Good luck.
