Re: OT:The lris Lists

From: <Henryanner@aol.com>

Greetings,

Having said that I believe the number of interested parties would support two
lists I would like it to be clearly understood that I think no restrictions of
content or limitations of subject should be placed on any iris list nor should
any attempt be made to make any iris list conform to any a priori design. I am
especially opposed to any attempt to define lists by the type of iris to be
discussed.

I favor and will always favor a free flow of ideas on all iris subjects in an
atmosphere of courteous toleration. It is not realistic for any member of any
list to expect all posts to be of interest to them and any attempt to
circumscribe the the scope of any iris list will, in my opinion, create an
atmosphere inconsistent with the tradition of a free and eccentric forum we
have heretofore cherished.

My post was simply intended to convey my observation that options always
exist.
