I just went threw the process of setting up a Dahlia Chat Room
on the US.AUSTNET.ORG
I'm setting the time for Thursday Night at 6pm so if you'id
like to try it out, do as you would for the Iris chat, but use
the us.austnet.org as the sever and join #dahlia.
